Our Brittany Farmhouse Gite in Baud, within the Morbihan region of Brittany, France.

Our Gite sleeps 4 comfortably plus baby
2 Bedrooms with en-suite facilities:
Bedroom 1 on the first floor with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower over and wc.
Bedroom 2 on the second floor with shower room and wc.  This room has twin beds.
There is a landing first floor which has a 1 single bed and a cot. The cot can be placed in your room.

Lounge/Dining Room

Fitted kitchen with cooker, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, microwave, coffee maker etc.

GITE LOW SEASON - May, October and Christmas -  per week
GITE MID SEASON - June and September -  per week
GITE HIGH SEASON - July and August -  per week

The price of your Brittany Gite holiday includes:

Electricity, water and gas
BBQ & patio furniture
Patio, enclosed garden and parking area
High chair and playpen are available

Duvets and pillows are provided and bed linen can be supplied for an extra cost of £5 per head.  The bed linen includes pillowcases, bottom sheet, duvet cover and a small towel.  We do not provide large towels but kitchen linen is included.

Changeover day is usually Saturday but do email if you require another day as this may be possible out of season. Many visitors now use cheap ferries in the week and book a B&B for a few days, extending their holiday at a cheaper price! Out of season stays minimum of 3 nights but do enquire at other times.

Time of arrival is after 4pm and we ask you to vacate by 10am on your departure day.
